Q:  Who Leads SkySail?

We’re led by an elected, volunteer 7-person Board of Directors.

We also have ways, like our Social Committee or our Cleano program, for owners and tenants to help out.

The Board meets most months in the Lobby to set policies, monitor our finances, and oversee our Managing Agent (CAMS).

Like other nearby condos, our Declaration and Bylaws are on file with the Craven County Register of Deeds, and our Reserve Study, latest accounting Review, insurance policies, and monthly financial statements are available to owners.

If you have a dispute with the Board, you have the right under Chapter 7A-38.3F to initiate mediation.  You can learn more by contacting the Mediation Center of Eastern Carolina or CAI-NC's Community Association Mediation Program.

Q:  Are Pets Allowed?

Yes!  Dogs, cats, and other generally-recognized household pets may be kept in your unit.  We ask that dogs be leashed when they're out in our common areas.
