Welcome or Farewell!
We're glad to have you aboard for a day, a year, or indefinitely!
Here are some tips:
- Please try to move during daylight hours for safety reasons.
- Please be sure to have a key fob or card to use on our exterior doors and elevators and a metal or electronic key to get into your Unit.
- We have bellman carts that you can borrow. Please hire a professional mover or rent stronger carts if you need them for bulky items.
- We love our doors, hallways and elevators! Please don't hurt them. If you've got bulky items, please contact Tina or Marvin so we can put up pads in the elevator.
- If you spot any obvious damage before you start, which is rare, please take a photo of it with your phone so you're not to blame. And if you inflict accidental damage to a door, hallway or elevator, please let us know so we can fix it.
- Please don't lean any bulky items on our hallway walls.
- Please leave our hallways and elevators in broom-clean condition. That's the thoughtful way we do it at Skysail!
- Please bag your moving trash and take it to a trash chute. Please take your broken-down recyclable boxes to the marked areas near the Farmer's Market or Middle Street at the Garage level.
- We moved in too! It can be stressful to get all the details worked out. You'll find helpful contact info in the Community Directory on our website.
- New owners get registered with our managing agent (CAMS) at closing.
- We ask new tenants to submit our Voluntary Arrival Tracking Form to Tina so we can stay in touch about fun or urgent matters.
- We also ask departing tenants to let us know so we can keep our records up to date.
- Finally please phone Tina at 252-497-2979 or CAMS at 877-672-2267 during business hours if you have any other questions about moving.
